Our normal delivery times are 2-7 days. Orders placed on weekends will be sent on the Monday after. If delays in delivery without said reason occur please notify us!
International
We always ship using RoyalMail shipping to ensure that our customers get their order quickly and safely.
After it leaves the UK we will have no control over delivery times or foreign postal services. Usually 2-4 weeks to most countries.
Legal & Conditions
Purchases or Orders
When your order is complete an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. In this email you will find all information about the product(s), price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the confirmation or if you have not received a confirmation, please contact us immediately by email.
Pricing & Rates
All pricing in the store are stated in GBP. We or “northstock” reserve the right to change prices or other details due to incorrect printing in the product listing. This also applies to errors in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Complaints
We inspect, wash, and sanitize garments before sending them to customers. Should the garment be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival we will handle shipping costs. This is only after you contact us for approval before returning the defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately when the defect is discovered.
If “northstock” is unable to fix the error. We will handle return shipping costs for those approved claims.
Liability
We take no responsibility for shipment delays or errors due to circumstances outside “northstock’s” ruling (Force Majeure). This force Majeure also includes postal office times.
Product information
The images posted about the products do not reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color differences may happen depending on the monitor, smartphone screen, and resolution.

The shipping company we work with is RoyalMail To deliver your orders and complete our obligation to you as a customer, we must share specific information with the shipping company. We share with RoyalMail your first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and / or mobile number (if provided by you) may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
- Right of access
You have the right to receive extracts of all information available stored regarding you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to add/fix information that is defective.
- The right to be forgotten

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be posted online on the Website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Dispute and choice of law
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you as a customer can turn to the General Advertising Complaints Board found here: arn.se/. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from arn.se or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
